Given you have provided no reference material as to what exact model toilet. Along with what specific model APC UPS you have in place or considering buying my reply will be very generalized.
The operational runtime you will see is based on the connected load on a specific UPS.
APC offers a Runtime Calculator that you can use to obtain an estimate of runtime based on different wattage (load).
You’ll need to size the UPS appropriately if you’re expecting any reasonable runtime. ☝️
NOTE: A typical UPS is not designed to power motors, pumps, etc. They are intended to provide uninterrupted power to consumer electronics. ☝️
A more appropriate solution is to use a pure sine wave inverter with battery pack. In all cases you’ll need to validate if the device you’re considering is able to provide high cranking amps / start up / inrush current. Some manufacturers call it (Peak Power) vs the RMS steady state power a unit can provide over a long period vs several seconds like starting an engine, motor, pump, etc.
