Smart UPS 1250 transformer to board blade connections?

I've a Smart UPS 1250 whose "top half" is off and the three input wires *(Black, White, Yellow)* are not connected to the three male blade connectors on PC board. The owners manual I downloaded has no reference for this. Is there an FTP site or similar for more advance service information I've overlooked?
If anyone knows which wires go to which connectors I'd greatly appreciate the info!

Thanks for the info. It wouldn't be worth it to ship a UPS to get three blade connectors slid onto the proper blades. Time for some voltmeter roulette.

IF ANYONE FROM APC READS THIS, consider the basic courtesy motherboard makers ( and if you want a high amp analogy. how about ARC WELDER manufacturers? ) practice by including internal connection diagrams with their products or having them available for download.

There are obvious sparky outcomes if the user disobeys these instructions, yet the makers of these products have been in business decades longer than APC, and decades longer than electronic computers have existed:

"No user serviceable parts" presumes clueless users. Batteries are often easily user-replaced.

I don't work for APC, but I really don't have any idea what you're talking about.

I'm not familiar with the 1250, but most SmartUPS transformers have four primary wires (C, 1,2,3) and three secondaries (P-CT-P).

The UPS makes voltage compensation by switching primary taps with relays while on AC and also do the same while on battery to control output voltage with variation in load and battery voltage.

There are three male blade connectors on the PC board, and three disconnected (unmarked, colored as noted above) primary wires on the transformer. The connection order is non-obvious.

I have tracked down an amateur radio buddy who has a 1250, and I will post specific connection info (wire color vs. circuit board connector) to help the next guy/gal out.

hey i have the same unit if u want i can take a look at mine and maby post a pic of the config? mine has no battorys at moment but ya
