Service logs from service port

hello good afternoon a e need to get service logs from service port on a Symmetra LX 16000 does anybody know how to ?

i would think if they are requesting them, they can provide the instructions on how to do it is what i mean. seems silly if they'd tell you to do that but then not provide instructions. i can't post it here unfortunately. do you have a case reference number or similar so i can look at it and have the person send the directions or so i can send them?

you should contact APC tech support or the person who requested the logs for the specific instructions.
