SURT5000XLI and SURT10000XLI Wont Power UP

Hi Guys, just want to verify if the battery module of SURT is below 100Vdc ( 98.9Vdc to be specific) it can't power up the unit right, even the UPS was plug to the AC source?

Hello BlackAces,

Our SmartUPS RT 3kVA and above units uses a 192V dc system, this 192V dc uses pairs of 96V dc battery packs and the minimum voltage that is required for it to be recognized as good is ~85V dc.
