Problem with APC also re-flashed the APC again but still same problem, can't find any older firmware to flash back to test if the firmware is the problem below the log of the APC

The UPS is reporting a internal communication fault which may be due to internal components on the main circuit board of the UPS.

I would recommend performing a logic reset by following this article https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156611/

If the UPS still has the same issue there might be an issue with its internal components. I suggest that you replace it 

Specially if it no longer behaves properly
