I've had this for several years now and all of a sudden it has started chirping twice every 30 seconds and when it does the battery indicator flashes between 3 bars (out of 5) and empty, never had this issue before and cant find anything online why its happening?
Its connected to a Dell Poweredge T20 server running windows 2012r and in the power options section it indicates its charging and is at 72%.

The UPS when on battery will beep after 30 secs until it reaches a a low battery point where it will beep every second meaning that you have less than 2 minutes of runtime
Typically this happens when the UPS has been unplugged or is having power issues
You can verify this by checking if the plug indicator is missing on the upper left side of the display as shown on the Image
and the appearance of the battery indicator
See Userguide of the UPS for more information.
I could not find the exact model number of your unit but the user Guide for the
BR1000MS should be similar.
