Amount 200 pieces of SMT3000rm2u, there are 2 of them sounds do not support the "9630 network Management card 2". Once I insert the 9630 card to its slot , there is no any light on the 9630 card. I tried to change different 9630 cards , but still no light. I check everything by pressing the ups' buttons , it look likes the UPS(SMT3000rm2u) running normal. I also tried reset the SMT3000rm2u to factory setting and tried to reboot them , but still there are no any light on the 9630 card.
Cold you please tell me how to solve the problem ?
Thanks a lot

i agree with you. I don't think the SmartSlot on the one UPS is providing power. Usually what we'd do is do the testing that you did to narrow it down to the UPS and you'd probably have to get a warranty replacement on the UPS with the faulty SmartSlot.

AP9630 works with SMT3000RM2U without issue.
Can you provide me the first six digits of the two AP9630 cards you have? i.e. 5A1302XXXXXX will be sufficient.
Also, the problem can be with the SMT3000RM2U not providing power to the SmartSlot or the AP9630 being damaged. Usually, it is a problem with the UPS slot. The serial number of the management card will also help me with understanding the age of the AP9630 on certain serial number ranges, the faceplate can be incorrect and prevent it from installing properly which can cause this issue.
Assuming it fully inserts itself and I validate the serial number range, the easiest way to figure this out is to take the two potentially "faulty" AP9630 and insert them into a different UPS where you have seen another AP9630 successfully light up OR take a working AP9630 and try it in these two UPSs.

Yes, once I install the card to another Smart3000RM2U, the card is working. But once I put it back to this smart3000RM2U, There are no any light at faceplate of the card, I tried reset the card by pressing the reset hole ,but not useful. It sounds there are no power supply from the slot of Smart3000RM2U. What can I do for this problem ?
