(Help) Install PowerChute Personal v3.0.2 in Win7 32bit

Hi everyone,

I'm newbie. I have a Back - UPS 1100. My PC is Win7 Enterprise 32bit. I see PowerChute Personal v3.0.2 support my operating system. But when i try to install it, i have the error : " is not a valid Win32 application". Someone can help me to fix this!!!

The error indicates the installer is either incompatible with the version of Windows you are running or the installer is corrupted. the corruption would be caused during the download process. If the file was downloaded download it again and run the installer.

If you cannot get PowerChute to install you can utilize Windows native power options. See Kbase FA159653
