Pretty basic - just want to register ups to be able to get notifications and extended warranty. Hangs up after proving I’m not a robot. Doesn’t create confidence, folks.

Perhaps closer to success, but my “Smart Connect UPS” didn’t seem to be listed. Have made a guess…. Then it said I needed to sign in to my account to register…but that was a repeat of what I’d done. Still very confused. Also not sure how to tell if smart connect is connected…and can I do remote query to interrogate status?
