I have a PowerView AP9215 that we use frequently for quick UPS checkups etc. as we don't have many NetManage cards in the older units.
I could not find our interface cable and after doing some investigation it turns out one of our support techs slammed it in a rack door, apparently severing an end. And instead of confessing and letting someone know so we could attempt repair or replacement... he threw it in the trash.
I have been googling for days trying to find the 940-0110 cable with no success. APC of course considers the PowerView discontinued and I find no mention of the cable available anywhere. Yes, I have scoured eBay and the InterWeb for second hand to no resolve.
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. (I even thought I could make my own, but of course all the APC pinouts are highly secret and non-standard, so no luck there either).
Thanks,
Raymond

heh I actually had the exact same issue... I ended up finding another one, cant remember how, and took the opportunity to take it apart... there is no "pinout" available because there is a little PCB inside with 4 PNP transistors a relay and a pair of diodes... they also potted the whole thing (filled the connector with glue) so it was quite an adventure!
I would post the schematic but I am not sure how APC (and more importantly their legal department) would feel about that
