New APC Shutdown Software

I was checking out for possible update to my PowerChute 3.1 software only to have it state that it is Discontinued? Searching around, I found out that the new software: 
Software, PowerChute Serial Shutdown, v1.0, unattended, graceful shutdown, UPS Monitoring & Configuration, Energy Management
SFPCSS10
I installed it, but when I did the Selftest on my unit, it failed to show the result:
Last Self Test DateOctober 25, 2023 at 5:13:59 PM EDT
Last Self Test Status Unknown ???

Did you retry the test?

Often times, the first one (especially on the old PowerChute Personal Edition) didn't generate the necessary codes.  I found this hasn't really changed with the new software.

If it fails, or does not generate any result, you should contact APC/SE support for your device.
