Hello,

I just bought 2 BE850G2-GR for my personal use. One is working perfectly, the other not. I connected the batteries in both, did follow all instructions. The faulty one, when I connect it to the wall outlet, shows battery full, and green button. If I connect anything to any of the 2 Surge outlets, I have power. If I try to connect to any of the 6 backup + surge protection outlets, there is no power. Already changed the batteries between them, the good one continues to work, the other one not.

Any advice, besides sending it back for repais/substitution?
