My UTS10BI continuously resets, It powers on Utility power light, panel display, circuit lights then resets with a click and starts all over again. I have powered off unit and once power reapplied it started cycling again. Been doing this for days now. What is causing this issue. YouTube Video of the issue

Hi @Tony5
Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query. I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with your UTS.
Upon checking the user manual of the device, it shows that one possible reason why the unit reboots is due to the loss of neutral and/or miswiring. I suggest that you have it checked by a qualified electrician as well as turn the input breaker to the off position for a minute or two.
If it still goes to the reboot cycle, kindly reach out to our local support team for your country.

My electrician tried turning off the input breaker for a couple of minutes but the problem remains. Because the input for #9 and#10 comes through the 240v breaker for my water pump, letting it continue to recycle probably isn’t doing the water pump much good. Because of this we’ve gone to disconnecting the UTS10BI and hoping for no power outage while looking for other likelynsuspects. Thanks for your response.

If you’re puzzled by my reply it’s because I’m struggling with the same problem.
