My BE550G not providing battery backup as it should
Up to now my device has worked fine but in recent weeks whenever I have a quick power loss due to a storm my computer shuts off despite being connected to a backup+surge protection outlet. This is something recent and everything else seems to be working fine with the device. No lights flashing, no beeping sounds, only a steady green light. It is fair to say that I have a phone and a set of computer speakers connected to the other backup+surge outlets and they stay on. It is only my computer that loses power. Any ideas on what may be happening?
