Line-R 1200 Output Voltage only 109VAC
My APC Line-R 1200 voltage regulator is seeing an input of 125VAC from the wall outlet. We usually see 121-123VAC, with 122VAC being the most common.
The High Input light is steady amber.
The output voltage is only 109VAC. If I plug in a device, for example a 10" room fan, the output voltage drops to 108VAC. This fan on low is only drawing 0.36 amps.
I was expecting the Line-R to regulate it to ~120V. What am I missing?
