For the third unit, it's even lower, not even 10 minutes. For this unit, I have run the manual calibration procedure twice. Originally it gave me either <1min or -- min. After I ran the calibration the second time it went to about 7 minutes. So, there is still something weird about this one. And, in case you are wondering, it has a genuine APC battery - I just changed it.
Why are PowerChute numbers so much lower than the APC predicted runtime numbers?
