I have a Smart-UPS SRT 2200VA. I recently replaced the unit's battery but I'm still getting the yellow-screen warning about the RBC being near the end of its life, which also causes the unit to beep after any type of power event until it's manually cleared. I can ack the warning but it just comes back a few minutes later. In the menu, the RBC installation date still has the date of the old battery, from the factory. I can select a new date but it doesn't save the changes I make. Does anyone know how to change this date and/or stop the end-of-life warning?
Thanks!

Clear any active alarms / faults from the system first. Next, disconnect the battery cable and wait for the system to declare a battery fault and wait another ten seconds.
Reconnect the battery cable and the system should prompt you to confirm this is a new battery cartridge.
Toggle from No to Yes and than enter the month and year than save.
NOTE: Insure the system date & time are accurate along with DST if applicable. Validate NTP is programmed correctly and does reach & sync with the NTP Server / Pool.
