Based only on the limited information you have provided. This system is very old and not in warranty and more than likely requires a new battery cartridge.

Your system takes a APC RBC123 a dual 12 VDC cells wired in series for (24 VDC) 7AH cartridge or you can purchase the same reputable brand APC uses like CSB.

You can replace with the same 7 amp hour  or upgrade to 8, 9, 10 AH for longer operational runtime with extra cost.

This system was produced in 2014, 11th week. It also appears the power cable isn’t connected to the rear of the UPS?!?

Is that black power cable laying on the floor for the APC UPS or for a connected load?!?

Hi,

actually the UPS is working fine that i mean it can power on and able to provide power to some devices that connected to my UPS without power cable connected to main power.

on the video i just want to show you guys that the UPS able to power on without connected to the main power.

since the UPS able to provide power to some device that connected to my UPS that means the UPS Battery is working fine. i just wonder why the LCD not displaying anything or maybe confirm that the Battery will broken soon?

The system may be failing or in a unknown state. You may try to see if the LCD is in Power Saving Mode as outlined on page 3:

https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_enDocType=User+guide&p_File_Name=GLIN-7YYEY3_R3_EN.p...

If the screen is still blank after turning that feature off. You may consider performing a Brain Dead reset to see if the LCD behaves differently and report back the results here:

Brain Dead Procedure:

1. Disconnect any attached load. (any equipment that’s plugged in to the UPS)

2. Unplug the UPS from the wall socket.

3. Disconnect the UPS’ internal battery. (you can disconnect the connector or pull the battery out completely if it’s easier)

4. Push and hold the “On” button on the UPS for 5 seconds (you might hear a click, chirp or lights will blink)

5. Reconnect internal battery.

6. Plug UPS in wall socket.

7. Turn UPS on.
