After moving to a new house, I plugged my ES 350 in, and the green light is on. But it beeps 4 times every 30 seconds. The knowledge base talks about this beeping with an amber light, but mine is green.
Is it working, or not? How do I stop the beeping.

Wendy, There are two types of the Beeps on this UPS. There are "Notification Beeps" and "Warning Beeps" . You can silence only the "Notification Beeps" through Power Chute Software. But there is no option to silence the "Warning Beeps".
To resolve the issue, please perform cold start and check.
1. Unplug all connected devices from the unit including the interface cable if connected.
2. Switch the unit off if it is on
3. Unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
4. Then press the power switch and release it as soon as you hear a long beep. Please Note: We need to release the button before the long beep ends.
5. The unit should come up on battery and beep 4 times every 30 seconds
6. Then plug in the UPS to wall outlet, the Green LED will glow.

There's no reason to cold start this UPS.
The kbase is talking about different models. The BE models don't have an amber light, they have a green one that usually flashes periodically when on battery, just like Judy asked. That's normal for on battery operation.
However, I'm not sure why it's on battery. You could try the UPS in a different outlet, confirm there is working power there. You can also change the sensitivity via the PowerChute software - there may be noise on the line that is causing the unit to operate on battery.

Hi Wendy,
May I know the exact model number of the unit? Is the green light flashing while it's beeping?
