Buzz noise from APC BK650-AS

That's pretty cool! I have an in-warranty SMX1500RM2U that exhibits some buzzing of its own and I may take a look into it after the warranty has expired. Obviously, this is a fix to be undertaken only by those who are knowledgeable in the proper disassembly and reassembly of electronic devices and are fully aware of the dangers inherent on working on equipment with potentially lethal voltages inside and the necessary precautions to take while doing so.
