Brx950u-ms turned off and emitted a constant beep with no led lights

Hello, I finally decided to create an account here and post about this issue that happened 30 minutes ago, I am from Peru and I've been currently using a Brx950u-ms for about 1.5 years or so and this is the first time it has happened this afternoon. Since all the connected equipment turned off as well (my pc) I pressed the power on button to turn the ups off and the beeping stopped then I turned it on again and it's working properly now, BUT I am afraid and angry because this is how my previous ups BR500CI-AS used to behave (curiously, the unit started malfunctioning after the same period of time I started using it, just like the Brx950u-ms) now it shuts off randomly and beeps constantly, becoming  pretty much useless (turning it off and on won't work anymore on this unit), this is why I am posting here, because this might become the second (as the problem may get worse like my other unit) unit that has failed on me and I am actually not sure how to proceed.

I don't have any access to an apc usb cable to run software to test the unit.

Any suggestions?
