UPS Backup Wont Stand and Test Fails

Hello,

I have a BR1500G that I have been using over 3 years. Last year, when the backup time was much less, I replaced the batteries(APC RBC17*2) after which the backup was fairly good.

The new batteries are just some 10 month old. In the recent months, I see a drastic drop in the backup that it would not stand even for a minute. While charging, the battery shows 100 per cent charged. However, it drops to zero in a minute when without supply from main.

Recently when I removed and reloaded the battery after inspection. From that time on, it would keep flashing to Replace Battery. Please help.
