Hello! Hopefully you can help me as I am very discouraged with this UPS model. I bought the first one and had it replaced a week later due to malfunctioning, now having brought this unit home I am faced with a different malfunction... Whenever I have a power outage in the house, the UPS immediately just shuts off, no LED or anything and it keeps this prolonged beep that won't stop until you press the power button to "shut the unit down". If I turn it back on, it acts normally, as if nothing had happened. Under these circumstances as you can imagine the unit is quite useless to me because it takes down everything connected to it when it does this. Help please!
