I have had the above mentioned UPS for 2 years For the past 2 months, it turns itself off while plugged in an electrical outlet, without warning or sound. Anyone has any idea what this is about? The self test says the battery is ok.

More than likely the battery is depleted and needs to be replaced. The average service life is 3-5 years based on usage, temperature, and environmental conditions.
You can easily test this by unplugging the AC Mains from the wall outlet. If the system turns off immediately the battery is dead / EOL.
If the system continues to operate (time) how long it operates for on a given load. Compare it to the APC Runtime Calculator for your specific model.
If the calculator indicates say 100 watts should provide 60 minutes. But you see 5-10 the battery cartridge needs to be replaced. ☝️
Lastly, you may be able to obtain more information from the system if you have the APC Power Chute software installed.
As it should be able to capture active faults / error codes in the system.
Let me know . . . 👍

Than you for your reply.
Unfortunately I don't thin the battery is dead, as unplugging it renders the normal behavior of beeping.
I will time it myself under load, but the APC Power Chute says 39 minutes under the present load and also says the battery is o after testing it.
The event I am mentioning here occurs randomly and I have no idea what is causing it. Practically the APC just shuts itself off, being plugged in the outlet by the way. For a while keeps turning itself off when restarted, but later works normally again for days. Absolutely baffling and frustrating.

The most common reasons for the system to turn off are bad / weak battery. Other reasons are the system is over loaded, too hot, shorted output, to internal hardware fault.
All of the above would offer a visual indicator and beep however before turning off.
Lastly, I would check to see if this specific model UPS has a power save feature.
If so double check this isn’t the culprit as the system will terminate power if the load isn’t at defined minimum. 🤦♂️👎
