BE750G: A question about peripheral managment

I'm wondering if it's possible to allow for the BE750G to continue to power specific peripherals; router, modem, telephone and VoIP telephone line adapter in my case. Ideally, I'd like to have these specific devices maintain power during an extended outage while having my PC, monitor, speaker as well as any surge protector only attached devices shut off.  As far as I can tell, when a power outage occurs and it's one that exceeds the settings in PowerChute that are controlling the running time while on batter back up, the unit not only turns off the PC but all of the devices attached to the battery backup outlets. What I've been able to do is disable PowerChute software, unplug the UPC from its AC supply, creating a simulated power outage. When PowerChute is disabled, the BE750G will continue to provide power for more than 1 hour to those peripheral devices (if) the PC, monitor and speakers are shut off. The Master and Master Controlled Outlet functions are only active if PowerChute is running. Another way of asking this question might be if it's possible to have only the specific components shut down immediately or soon after an outage; in this case, my PC and monitor along with some power-hungry speakers so there will be an extended period of backup time available for my network devices; phone, line adapter, modem and router? The user setting options for 'time to 'shutdown' in PowerChute appear to be non specific and applied to all devices attached to the battery backup outlets. May need a 2nd UPC.

NOTE: The controlled by master outlets are surge protected outlets. They are not backed up by battery. When AC goes off all of the surge outlets power off. Only the Battery / Surge outlet remain powered. If you plug your speakers and monitor into the controlled by master outlets they will power off when AC is lost. 

If you would like the PC to power off gracefully and not power off the remaining battery / surge outlets you could run APCUPSD and not enable KillPower.
