Adding a second UPS
I run a home PC setup, running Mageia Linux. For several years, now, I've had a back-UPS ES700 providing backup power. In the meantime the system has grown, to include several Drobo NAS units. With a view to prolonging the time that the system will stay up, in the event of a power shortage, I've fitted a second, identical unit to handle the NAS element. It's been so long since I installed the older unit, and I'm not entirely sure, now, how I did it. The new UPS is up and running. The APCAccess daemon is running and I can interrogate the old unit, but how do I add the new unit to the interrogation?
