Asking about microcontroller of UPS ES-500(BE500R-PH)

Hi! my ups not function anymore. I tried to replace the battery but same problem. when I turn on the continues beep happened and no light blinking. and I tried also the battery working on my new ups. and put it on BE500R-PH but same problem. so I decided to open up and check what is the cause. but I saw no burned any component inside. I tried to replace LM324AN ic but same problem. I tried to checked all mosfet and all small transistor but all are good. I suspected the microcontroller pic16f716. my question is, If I bought new another pic16f716 is it need to program using pic programmer? or no need to program it, just solder it to the board? thanks in advance!

I personally haven't done replacing the internal components of our UPS and we always advise our customers to never open the UPS aside from the battery door.

I recommend that you reach out to our technical support team handling your country to see if there are authorized repair centers.
