Based on what you stated up above the unit is obviously damaged. 🤦♂️
Regardless, does the system power on? What LED / LCD indicators are present if at all?
Does the system make any sounds (beeps) now or relay clicks upon power up?
What is the current status of the power cord, battery connector, breaker?
Does this system have a EPO Protection Circuit connected to the system?!?
Provide the answers and photo of the unit top, bottom, sides, for review. 👍

Yes, the machine powers on now
All the LCD indicators are present
There's a beep and constant relay clicks
The power cords, battery connector and breaker are all fine

Speaking from an insurance / ISO / cUL position the hardware should be decommissioned and written off.
As it no longer meets any requirements relating to safety, electrical conformity, and manufacture specifications.
If the hardware is still under APC Warranty you could submit a RMA to see if the equipment can be repaired / replaced.
Regardless, this is a hard lesson to learn a UPS must be properly secured and mounted. 🤦♂️☹️
