Attempted to upgrade V5 to V6x on an AP9630 NMC2. Using the APC utility it failed on part 2.
I now get the below when trying to access the WEBUI:
Error: The application was not able to load. |
You are attempting to access a Schneider device. There was a problem loading the application. Please login to the device via telnet for more details. |
Telnet works, enabled FTP through that then tried process of upload firmware file however I don't get any further then
220 AP9630 Network Management Card AOS v5.1.7 FTP server ready.
500 Syntax error, command unrecognized.

ftp> bin
200 TYPE Command okay.
ftp> put C:\apc\apc_hw05_bootmon_102.bin
200 PORT Command okay.
150 File status okay; about to open data connection.
Stalls on "150 File status okay; about to open data connection."
All the FAQs say firewall issues could be causing this, try PASV/ACTIVE etc. etc. Tried WinSCP, cmd prompt and no go on any of them.
Was trying to push these:
apc_hw05_bootmon_109.bin
apc_hw05_aos_718.bin
Very well I could of been going from too low of a version straight up.
These are my versions before I tried to upgrade:
Application Module

Any help is much appreciated! Thankyou
