Display Showing no Status and no Text Smart UPS 750

The Display of my Smart-UPS 750 does not show any characters or text after a shutdown/restart.

If i use the arrow-Keys there is no reaction. But it seem, the UPS works properly, if i disconnect the main power-supply, it switches to battery. It even does not react to the on/off button.

The Status in the webinterface of "PowerChute Business" is offline

What if done by now to solve the problem: 

- disconnect powersupply

- disconnect battery

- reconnect battery

- reconnect powersupply

Yes, I'm using an original APC battery!

What can be the issue for this?
