what is the input voltage tolerance acceptable range of UPS Model: SUVT

I am getting frequent alerts as below mentioned .

Informational - UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem no longer prevents switching to bypass mode.

after download Data log & filtering we found

by compare between phase1, phase2, phase3 the difference voltage is 6% - 9%. 

what is the acceptable rage of UPS input voltage ? Less than 5%?

Please advice.

Dear All,

As attached file I have capture from my ups Model SUVT. The event log shown the calibration is start & completed, But I don't know who was do it or it was automatic start by UPS its self or it does by virus or else? please kindly advise.

Hi Veasna

This event also occurs not only for voltage fluctuations but also when there is interference and noise on the input waveform, which is most likely the cause here.

The logs are only giving you a 5 minute interval snapshot of the voltages as well, putting a power analyser on the utility power will give you a much more complete picture of what is going on.
