Hi Mahmoud,
The recommended action for restoring the UPS from this alert is to turn the UPS output off, clear the alarm using the UPS front panel display, and turn the output back on.
If your UPS is on an older firmware revision, it would be worth upgrading the UPS firmware too - you can check the UPS firmware revision in the About->UPS section of the LCD display. The latest released firmware upgrade image is 04.1.
If the alert persists after clearing the alarms and performing the UPS firmware upgrade, I recommend downloading the log archive from the UPS using the built-in network management interface, in menu About->Support->Generate Logs->Download, and contacting your local APC Tech Support.
