Hello I have APC SmartUPC 1000. There is only one USB connector at back of device but I need transmit signal to two computers. Is there any way how to do it ? Like usb splitters etc ?

unfortunately not. depending on the UPS model, the best option will be a network management card and powerchute network shutdown or some UPSs offer this idea/request via two serial connections (versus USB).
the network management card is what i recommend because it will gracefully shutdown devices over the network that are attached to the UPS but then it offers so much more for monitoring, managing, and accessing the card itself and the UPS.
