my location is Russian Federation, Moscow (GMT +4 now and always)

there is no DST time in out country now.

i will go back and double check for you based on your comment and report back.

EDIT: reporting back now..

What happens if you changes the system clock and restarts the Agent service? What should happen is the logs will show the time the system clock is set for. The only other thing that could possible cause this is JAVA. Can you confirm the version of java that is loaded? we could also check the debug.txt file i think that is in the program directory if you see that.

Unfortunately I cannot change system clock because it's production server.
How can I check the version of JAVA?

Debugs of agent and server are attached.

PCBE pulls the time from the OS its installed on. Are the agent, server, and console components all installed on the same system you mentioned? I assume you double checked your setting on the OS? Were you looking at the data log or what screen? The data log records every 10 minutes or so I think.

Not exactly. It pulls time according to GMT/UTC. Everything is installed on the same PC.
No matter if this data log or event log. If i run self-test, the timestamp in event log also came wrong.

Checked this issue on windows XP. PCBE v9.0. No difference, the time shown in the log is wrong.
