I hope all of you will be fine. I want to upgrade the complete firmware of Symmetra PX500 KW ups, as i have downloaded new firmware, Please let me know the activity steps or documents FSB to perform this activity.

Firmware upgrades for this UPS can only be done by authorized Schneider Electric field service engineers or authorized service partners. You need to contact your local technical support office for assistance. If you fall into one of those categories, such as an authorized service partner, the details and information on doing this should've been given to you by a Schneider Electric contact. In that instance, I'd still contact your local support office for assistance.
