Galaxy 300, can not connect in parallel

Hello,

We have 2 pcs of galay 300 G3HT15KHB1... and have installed in each of them the parallel board/interface...connected the communication cable ...and try to configure the ups-es in parallel...but both ups show parallel error. We could not configure via the display the number for each ups in parallel (ups 1 and ups 2).

Is there anything we can do to configure them in parallel?

The ups-es work OK as stand alone.

Hi,

I asked the team here in the States and they said what you are attempting to configure requires a service technician.  You should contact local support to get a technician on site. You will find information on how to contact a technician at this link.

Hello.

You can install both ups parallel via galaxy 300 tuner.Please configure your both ups by tuner ups 1 and ups 2 parallel mode

Yes, we used Tuner for galaxy 300 and configured the number for each unit...as UPS 1 and UPS 2...but the problem of parallel error still exist.

Is there anything else to be checked?

...what about the parallel cable...has it to be strait cable or cross over cable...can you provide us its schematic of wires/pins configuration?
