symmetra px 160kva BATTERY BAD

hello dear .

i have been installed apc symmetra px 160kva with two XR  battery cabinet .every thing is ok but when battery unit of columm 5  and B row became connect the ups have a battery bad fault and show both A row and B row bad .if the battery units are ok .

what is our problem ? have we problem in cabling or back plan or ect ?

please give me email address or tell of APC support in IRAN.I think the APC is not supported in Iran.

There is no other way to get information about the Symmetra px and my problem?
