switching to Standby mode
Hi, Our Sl40KHB2. with serial No-0334150153 was just had it batteries changed and after changing the ups started switching to standby mode, pls what can be the problems?

Due to the nature of troubleshooting a Silcon I would strongly suggest you call into tech support at (800) 890-4272. This way a rep can troubleshoot it with you live over the phone.
