have a su2200net that during self-test when it goes to battery it shuts down. Which the defect Batteries are good

Hello. Can I ask how you know the batteries are good? They might report a good voltage but are unable to support a load over time. How old are they?

And when you say "it shutsdown" - do you mean the UPS itself, the load you may have attached to the UPS, or both?

What other equipment did you test it in? A UPS? With the same load? And can you provide answers to my other questions?

You should test the batteries and UPS with a light load. I suggest attaching a lamp to the unit and then unplug the UPS from the AC source. If the lamp stays lit then the batteries are fine. Next I would plug the UPS back into the AC source and with the lamp powered on run a selftest. If the lamp powers down then there is an issue with the UPS and it should be replaced.
