static switch, MIM and RIM Faults

Hello,

I have a problem with a UPS Symmetra PX 100 KVA.  The static Switch is failing, it inhibits both modules (MIM and RIM) and shutdown load.

I used another intelligent module and it works fine.  I requested a RMA for static and intelligent module. I changed the static switch for the NEW RMA Static switch and both modules (MIM and RIM) did not started up. It started up with another Intelligent Module. I replaced the RIM and it shows the follow alarm.
