PFC thermal sensor fault
A UPS model GALAXY 5000 showed this message after the mains has interrupted for several times, we had to transfer into bypass to reset the alarm message.
Could you please help us in this case by explaining the reason of fault and the way to avoid recurrence!
Thanks and best regards

Hello,
I checked with our EMEA support team on this. Ideally, a field service engineer should visit your site to verify what happened. This fault can be due to a drop of DC voltage but because of the PFC energy sent back upstream, the detection of mains out of tolerance came too late before a transfer to battery. This may be what you experienced and it may not be - can't say for sure.
So, my suggestion for a full resolution and understanding is to contact your local technical support for more information.
