Galaxy 5000 120 KVA parallel load Sharing per phase is not balance

Hi,

We have 3 UPSs (Galaxy 5000-120KVA) that are operated in parallel but amperes per phase in 3 UPSs is not balance. You can find it in below table.

UPSsPhase RPhase SPhase TN
UPS 145 A46 A29 A40 A
UPS 211 A46 A62 A55 A
UPS 354 A24 A42 A35 A

UPSs amperes In phase T are: 29 A, 62 A, 42A.

Is it normal or UPSs load sharing per phase must be equivalent?

Regards,

Hello,

I contacted our EMEA support for this UPS and here is their reply. If you would like to proceed with having them provide your maintenance history and provide serial numbers privately, I'd suggest you contact your local support team via Contact Us if the reply does not help.

First you have to check the technical level of MIZN card must be at least level 11

You can only see the technical level with the SOFT1 or by looking at it directly on the card program

When you have level 11 with the passage of time can unbalance the load, it may take some time until the problem occurs.

You can restart all the equipment for the currents to swing but if the technical level of the card does not change with time can occur.

This problem, has it arisen before or has it just happened now?

If you set up your computer recently, you may already have the card level 11

The distance of the output cables must also be identical but we do not think that's the problem.

If this does not help, please update us on serial numbers, etc so that we can check up on the maintenance history.
