srt5kxli battery sys error -0800

Hello.

i have an APC SRT5KXLI with 3 SRT192BP .

the ups and battery installed  .after connecting srt192bp to ups , the ups says this message with red display .

" battery sys error-0800 "

how can i solve this fault ? which one is broken ? srt5kxli or srt192bp ?

for more information i separetly connect 3 battery pack to UPS but on each attempt the ups get those fault again .
