according to http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=smt2200i
SMT2200I uses RBC55 batteries,
two RBC55 batteries ? 34 Ah times 2 = total 68 Ah ?
or is it four RBC55 batteries, 17 Ah times 4 = total 68 Ah ?
I'm trying to figure how much will I have to pay for new batteries in 3-5 years, if I purchase SMT2200I,
some of the online stores I've seen display images of 4 batteries,
while other only two.
so, how many RBC55 batteries does this UPS use ? and UPS total capacity is 68 Ah ?
Thank You

Part number RBC55 consists of (4) separate battery modules. Each battery has a description of "BATTERY 12V 17AH" and I know these are wired in series to create a 48VDC system (which floats at 55VDC).
So when you go to buy a battery, you'll just buy (1) RBC55 and it will come with the (4) modules as part of that part number.
I hope that clarifies.
