The external Switch Gear Q003 has opened.

what does this alert mean

Hi Katongo,

This is is normal operation of the unit and Q3 should be open as it is the bypass section of the unit. If this was closed it would mean you are in bypass.

I have the same alarm. external bypass is ON , actually it is off. 

So I could not transfer to on-line.
