APC SILICON SL60KH Fault

hiafter a long time of disconnecting of city AC power my apc silicon SL60KH with 64 Batteries (12v 65ah) didn't load ON and my UPS output is off but my ups LCD is still on and show me the amount of V..I.... .my batteries product time is jan/2010 .i checked the DC voltage both on the battery circuit breaker(with multimeter FLUKE 179) and on the UPS LCD and it was about 261VDC .i myself think that my batteries voltage is below that the normal voltage .do you think after replacing the all 64 batteries my UPS can work online ? or is it possible that there is an other fault ?SUVT...SRT...SYMMETRA...and.... show the fault on the UPS LCD ,it means that they inform the exact fault . for example inverter or PFC or Charger...fault . i want to know can Silicon UPS show the exact fault on it's LCD or it can't ? if it can how can i reach and find it ?anyway, i think after replacing the old batteries with new one UPS can has the output voltage and Load on , are u agree with me ?for more info my Battery pack is not SLR10K80H2.... .thanks

Hi,

It seems that the UPS shutdown due to low batteries, for 18 hours is a very long time to be on batteries.  To check the logs of events you would need to press the up arrow and * at the same time, then press the up arrow to go to each event.  The batteries in this unit usually last 3-5 years, so your batteries being 6 years old they should be replaced. Remember this unit is in the end of life cycle and contract service will end in December of 2018. Depending on your load we would recommend an SUVTP40KH4B4 or a Symmetra PX160K which is scalable down to 60KVA.
