shuting down 2 servers with powerchute

hi.i have 2 servers each one connected(usb) to 2 distinct SMART UPS 1500 RMI 2U.powerchute business edition is installed on both servers(agent and console).when the power goes off, server one is shuting down with no problems.the second one is not shuting down properly.any idea?
