Hello my APC UPS SRT5KLXI start wiht error code 02000 (power sys error -02000) i do everything and nothing yet.

here some clue and help logs.

HI ;TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;  I ALSO HAVE A SRT5KXLI UPS  WITH A 02000 POWER SYSTEM ERROR EVENT LOG INVERTER HARDWARE CKT EVENT CODE 107   WILL APPRECIATE ASSISTANCE
