I am receiving the following error in the Event log when logging into the server running CentOS 6.6 and PowerChute Network Shutdown 3.10 for Linux at [https://[server IP]:6547]:
Connection error because PowerChute received an untrusted SSL certificate from [https://[Mgmt Card IP address:443]. Please enable the option "Accept Untrusted SSL Certificates" on the Network Management Card Connection page or add the certificate to the PowerChute keystore. [More Information]
The only place I can find where the "Accept Untrusted SSL Certificates" setting can be changed is via the "Install Wizard", which is accessible via the web interface once PCNS is installed. Even though I confirmed that this setting was already set as directed, I went ahead and ran the wizard anyway to reset the setting and still receive the same error message. The management card is an AP9619 with latest firmware installed.
Is this a known bug?

Wow, I would have thought this would have been made clear during the setup process, or I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get that to work securely.
Good to know, thanks.

Phil,
There is no HTTPS solution/support for PowerChute v3.1 registering over HTTPS with an AP9617, AP9618, AP9619. If you required SSL the NMC should be upgraded to a AP9631.
