Hi,
we have an APC SMART-UPS 1500VA LCD (SMT1500) with UPS 05.0 (ID17) firmware and AP9630 (HW revision 05) NMC2 installed.
It was running
I upgraded to v6.2.0:
...but now the NMC2 reports "No UPS Found". Please help.
Thanks!

This is just a case of choosing the wrong firmware application by mistake (note on v6.1.1 the "sumx" application for Smart-UPS in use under Application Module in your screenshot and "sy" for Symmetra UPSs on 6.2.0). You just need to download the correct firmware and re-apply it the same way you did the wrong firmware originally. Look for part number SFSUMX620 on the website under http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm after you select Firmware Upgrades - UPS Network Management Card under Filter by Software/Firmware. Once you re-run that upgrade, you'll be good to go.

Thank you! Problem solved.
BTW: Do you know if the USV firmware (UPS 05.0 (ID17)) is current? I searched the forum/net but it is hard to find an answer.

It looks like there is a new update for your UPS per this article -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA164737
You can also get the right firmware and use your Network Management Card to push the update to your UPS -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA170679

Angela, thank you again for your help.
I updated our UPS to v07.1 without any problems through the NMC.
Thanks!
